Get in touch

Lisa joined our employment team in August 2022 and draws on over 10 years of experience to assist clients, having qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Throughout her career she has been providing advice and representation to predominantly SMEs (including many international clients) along with senior executives.  She gives practical and clear advice and provides tailored solutions for clients.

Lisa advises on a wide range of employment issues; from unfair dismissal, claims under the Equality Act 2010, redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters to negotiating settlement terms and finalising settlement agreements.

She specialises in commercial disputes with a particular focus on employment related contractual issues, such as breaches of confidentiality obligations, restrictive covenants in addition to other express and implied duties. She has acted on a number of high value restrictive covenant injunction matters.

Lisa also has extensive experience supporting corporate clients with all employment related aspects of business sales and acquisitions across a broad range of different sectors.

As well as representing clients in contentious matters, Lisa advises on all non-contentious issues including reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, restrictive covenants, policies and procedures as well as providing day-to-day HR advice. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to travel.
