Sarah Holmes
Corporate Services Director
Sarah Holmes is the Corporate Services Director at Harper James Solicitors. She is responsible for the management and development of all non-fee earning activities including Finance, Compliance, Admin, L&D, IT & HR.
Before joining Harper James, Sarah worked as a CFO/Director of Corporate Services for over 10 years, across various diverse sectors ranging from television and film production companies, luxury boutique hotels, specialised prototype manufacture (for aerospace, defence & F1 cars) and the privatised probation service. She has worked for starts up and entrepreneurs, private equity, family owned businesses and large corporations. Her main goals have been to help businesses with strategic direction, growth and improving efficiency and effectiveness through improved processes and procedures, better data and reporting capability and transparency and visualisation of key performance indicators to manage the business.
Outside of work, Sarah lives in Worcestershire and has twin boys aged 13. She is an active member of The Wine List, an initiative to get people interested in learning about wine and has just completed my sommelier exams to higher diploma level. She pairs this with my love of cooking, food, and walking over Malvern Hills!
