Donna has worked in credit control roles for over 20 years and is responsible for assisting our finance team with the collection of aged debt and reducing the risk of potential future bad debt.
Farah supports businesses as they begin their journey with Harper James, ensuring a smooth, compliant onboarding process.
Helen is responsible for assisting with new client and matter onboarding, AML risk assessments for new clients, auditing new client onboarding processes and responding to compliance enquiries from solicitors and business support colleagues.
Helen supports our finance team with purchase ledger, billing support, and other ad hoc finance duties.
James is our Finance Systems and Reporting Manager and is responsible for the day to day management of our financial transactions, ensuring all transactions in and out of the company are accounted for,
